The EPLAN Software & Service team works continuously to improve the EPLAN software in order to live up to the growing demands on EPLAN products. To implement such improvements in a targeted fashion, it is required to have a good understanding of the users' working method.
How does the customer-focused improvement program of EPLAN work, and how can you benefit from participating?
If you agree to the participation in the improvement program, statistical information, anonymized, will be collected about your use of EPLAN and how you configure your software and hardware. The data are sent to the address eplanux.de using the https protocol, and are subsequently evaluated at EPLAN headquarters in Monheim am Rhein, Germany. EPLAN will use insights gained from such information to further improve the user-friendliness and performance of the software in future versions.
How can you agree to participate in the customer-focused improvement program?
You can agree to participate in the Customer-focused improvement program dialog by activating the Yes, participate in the customer-focused improvement program option.
