Copying of Manual Saddle Jumpers Can Be Deactivated

The settings for a manual saddle jumper are stored at that terminal that represents the jumper start. To this purpose the terminals dispose of the properties Manual saddle jumpers (internal) (ID 20350) and Manual saddle jumpers (external) (ID 20351).

Through the new user setting Delete manual saddle jumpers during copying you can now specify that the jumper information is to be deleted during the copying and pasting of terminals in the graphical editor. The values of the properties Manual saddle jumpers (internal) (ID 20350) and Manual saddle jumpers (external) (ID 20351) are then empty. The menu path to this setting is: Options > Settings > User > Device > General.

Benefit:

The new Delete manual saddle jumpers during copying setting avoids the accidental creation of jumpers during copying.

This setting does not have any effect on copying actions in the page navigator or the insertion of macros. In these cases the jumper information is always retained.
