When creating the pre-planning you can import lists with pre-planning data that were created in external applications. This import is effected via the menu item Project data > Pre-planning > Import.
During the import of Excel lists filters set in Excel are now also taken into consideration. When you select a filtered Excel file in the Select data source dialog for importing, a special entry is shown to you in the drop-down list of the Table field, which has the term "Filter" in its name. After such an entry has been selected, only the filtered values of the Excel file are offered for import in the Synchronize pre-planning data dialog.
Benefit:
The application of filtered Excel lists reduces the displayed pre-planning data in the synchronization dialog and thus makes the import more transparent and faster.
In addition to this improvement larger Excel files are now imported significantly faster.
