Dialog Write back connection point designations

In this dialog, you have the option of transferring connection point designations of the PLC connection points on overview pages to the matching PLC connection points on schematic pages if they are connected to terminals or pins. The associated PLC connection points are found on the basis of the PLC address.

Overview of the main dialog elements:

CPU:

All processors (CPUs) existing in the project are displayed in the drop-down list. By selecting the CPU, you define from which PLC controller the connection point designations are to be transferred to the schematic.

Also write back to connected pins / terminals:

If the PLC connection points and the plugs or terminals are drawn separately then the checkbox has the following effect:

If this check box is selected, then the connection point designations are also transferred to the pins and terminals in the schematic that are directly connected to the PLC connection points. In addition to this, the plug designation of the PLC connection point on the overview page is also transferred to the displayed DT of the connected pin / terminal, and the connection point designation of the PLC connection point is transferred to the pin designation / terminal designation.

If the check box is deselected, this data is only transferred to the associated PLC connection points on the multi-line schematic pages.
