Preconditions:

• You have stored safety-related values for all safety-relevant parts in the parts management.
• You have opened a project and inserted devices that dispose of parts data with safety-related values.

1. Mark the main functions of the safety-related devices in the schematic or in the device navigator.
2. Select the Properties popup menu item.
3. Add the Safety project property to the properties table in the first tab in the properties dialog. (The safety project is the project that you open in SISTEMA.)
4. Enter a "talking" name for the safety project to which the safety-related values are to be transferred in the Value field .
5. Click [OK].
6. Select the menu items Project data > Device > Export safety-related values.
7. Select the desired safety project in the Export safety-related values dialog.
8. In the File name / file path field enter under which name and in which directory the transfer file for the safety project is to be stored. Alternatively select the name and the directory by means of [...].
9. Click [OK].
   
   A file with the file extension *.ssm that you can open as a project file in SISTEMA is generated.
