Placing Drawing Notes Tables

A set of predefined drawing notes in the form of a table can be placed into both nailboard and cable drawing. The table must consist of two columns. The first column is to name the drawing note, with this text being displayed in the properties panel where you can toggle its display. The second column is the drawing note itself which is displayed in the nailboard / cable drawing. A txt file is used for the drawing notes file, and the separator to be used in the file can be determined in the settings. The source txt file can be modified after the drawing notes table is placed.
