The following EEC argument must be transferred with the following syntax:

-D<Argument>=<Value>

Specifies the temporary folder for storing the configuration on the server's file system. Example: `-Dde.eplan.eec.rest.service.projectsfolder=C:\TEMP\MyProjects`
