Create and rename folder

Create folder
- eManage > Projects
- Either click Overview to create a folder of the first level or click a folder in which the new folder is to be created.
- Click New folder.
- Enter the name of the new folder.
- Click Create.
- The folder is created.
The Create new folder dialog opens.
Folder names should be assigned once and should be unique! If a folder name is assigned multiple times, these folders cannot be moved into a shared folder.
Rename folder
When a folder is renamed in eManage and a project in that folder is published to eView, the new folder name is displayed in eView as well.
- eManage > Projects
- On the folder, click the
icon.
- Click
Rename.
- Enter the new name for the folder.
- Click Rename.
- The folder has been renamed.
The dialog opens.
Folder names should be assigned once and should be unique! If a folder name is assigned multiple times, these folders cannot be moved into a shared folder.
