Release notes for Eplan Harness proD

Several Integration hub features were adjusted or enhanced:

• Include existing objects not in project data option now mimics part status in the Integration hub as if the parts were imported from EPLAN Platform.
• When leading parts, surface protections, cable ties, and labels are placed graphically and are assigned to a wire harness and a cable unit, they are shown as an accessory of the wire harness in the Integration hub, assuming the label and cable tie are placed on surface protection.
• When leading parts, surface protections, cable ties, and labels are placed graphically but are not assigned to a wire harness or a cable unit, they are shown under the Others node in the Integration hub, assuming the label and cable tie are placed on surface protection.
• Wire and cable shield ends' accessories are shown under the corresponding wire or cable. This includes labels placed on a cable or a wire.
• Surface protection, labels, cable ties, and leading parts now respect the Include objects not assigned to a wire harness or cable unit option. They do not show in the Integration hub when they do not have a parent object.
• Accessories now have consistent icons for easier overview.
• The library setting of shield wire conductivity is now used when displaying shield wires in the Integration hub. Non-conductive shield wires are not displayed in the Integration hub.

You can now import settings from older versions to new installations of EPLAN Harness proD 2025. When an earlier version of EPLAN Harness proD is installed on your computer, you are offered to import settings from the earlier version upon the first launch of EPLAN Harness proD 2025. This overwrites settings you selected during installation. There is an option to overwrite paths to EPLAN Harness proD data folders as well. Please note that this feature is available only for settings from versions 2022 and newer.

The EPLAN Import panel has been reworked. It is now called Integration hub. New features have been added during the overhaul – property tag schemes, pre-saved filters, column customization, and more.

When placing parts from a library, the Command panel now shows additional information about the part.

In specific cases of large projects, the HTML Viewer performance has been optimized.

There were issues with positioning when synchronizing some 3D models from an LPM library. These issues have been addressed.

The document creation date was previously taken from the file system, which led to issues when copying the documents. The creation date is now saved in the document.

When the Backface culling option in the HTML Viewer was switched on, the backface of all images in the scene became entirely transparent. The images could, therefore, be seen only from one side. This does not happen anymore.

When the SQL authentication is used to connect to a library, the library connection description now shows the user name.

The integrated synchronizer is now available even in the Studio application. Only one Synchronizer process will be launched even when multiple applications run simultaneously.

The setting of weight units was sometimes ignored due to the limitation of LPM libraries. These cases also caused the weight to be rounded, which could result in a loss of precision. The weight units are now respected, and the rounding no longer affects user data. Please note that the LPM library will still display weight values in kilograms on the EPLAN Platform side.

In some LPM libraries, some values could be synchronized from the EPLAN Platform with a decimal separator that did not respect MS Windows settings. The decimal separator setting is now respected.

When changing the order of columns displayed in the Library view of some libraries, some columns could display unexpected values. This glitch has been addressed and is no longer happening.

The EPLAN Platform Suppress in bill of materials property is now synchronized with the EPLAN Harness proD In bill of materials property.

When using the option to Delete objects not in list when importing bundles, the bundles not on the list should now be deleted.

It is now possible to use the Manual and Semi-automatic routing commands on conductors already routed through organizers. Previously, in more complicated cases, this would require the use of the Route command in the Path segments group of the ribbon.

The support of 3DConnexion SpaceMouse has been enhanced. Some EPLAN Harness proD actions can now be mapped to SpaceMouse GUI or to physical buttons. New settings are now supported in the SpaceMouse driver, e.g., the center of rotation settings. The camera now rotates around the center of the 3D model instead of point [0; 0; 0]. There is a new option for visual representation of the center of rotation. This option can be activated both for the SpaceMouse and for the regular mouse. Please note that some old, unsupported SpaceMouse models may not function properly.

When replacing a connected part causes pin conflicts, the warning message shows all such conflicts in a table.

Alternative parts selection was available for surface protection but not for a bundle to which it was applied. The option is now available in the Properties panel of both the bundle and the surface protection.

The Save All button sometimes remained inactive even though the project was in an edited state. This has been fixed.

Backshell and connector housing parts are now synchronized to their respective categories in EPLAN Platform. Backshells are mapped to the Covers subcategories of the Plugs and the Terminals categories, and connector housings are mapped to the Plug housings subcategories of the Pulgs and the Terminals categories.

EPLAN Harness proD now supports Path function text in EPLAN Electric P8. In EPLAN Electric P8, this value is saved to properties Function text (auto) and Function text (common).

The Function text property has been added to conductive shields in EPLAN Harness proD.

It is now possible to convert workspace, workdesk, and cablespace documents from the context menu in the project structure window.

You can change the symbol drawing orientation (left or right) using the Chirality option in the Properties panel. This is especially useful when moving a conductor branch from the left side of a drawing to the right side, where the symbol orientation needs to be switched.

Deriving a nailboard document with the nailboard display configuration set to display wire symbol text in white font could result in black font. This has been fixed.

The names of predefined views were shortened incorrectly in the Chinese localization. This has been fixed.

Various GUI elements have been reworked and optimized.

The main tree view now features three new columns: Visibility, Selectable, and Anchored. Each column features a button that can be activated for the corresponding part.

The application settings have been reorganized. The settings under the Application node can be accessed even without an open project, while the settings under the Project node can be accessed only when a project is open. When you open a document (and it is open in the working window), there is a third section of settings related to that document type. The new Settings button directly in the ribbon also allows you to access the specific part of the settings.

The default EPLAN Harness proD installation folder has been changed to C:\Program Files\EPLAN\proD\2025.

The installation setup has been reworked. Please refer to the installation guide.

The Library application could crash when the "_data" folder was missing from the library HXLIB file location. This has been fixed.

Setting the multi-language strings to the same languages as EPLAN Electric P8 is now possible. To define a new set of languages, go to the General section of application settings and change the Code of the preferred language for the multi-language strings option. Note that you can now set the multi-language strings' preferred language to a language different from the one you use for the application UI. When no language is selected, the UI language is used.

The History tab of Synchronizer Controller now shows more comprehensive messages.

When two users tried to open the exact part for editing simultaneously, no error message was displayed. The user whose action is blocked is now adequately informed.

The UI, icons, and status messages in the Synchronizer Controller have been updated to provide more precise information about the synchronization process.

Changing a part number to one of the forbidden characters in EPLAN Electric P8 prevented the part from synchronizing. This has been fixed.

The quick search feature now also searches in the Family field.

Moving a segment with the fixed length property active failed to appear among the Undo steps. Such instances of the Move command are now properly listed among the undo steps.

It is now possible to set the direction of height changes of cable trays.

The size of pins was not correctly calculated from the Connection point cross-section property of a 3D macro. This has been fixed.

A new organizer has been added: cable ducts. Cable ducts are similar to cable trays, with the main differences being a top cover and removable fingers. Another major difference is the lack of junctions—cable ducts exist only in straight segments.

Active dimensions could sometimes appear when unrouting cables from a cable tray. This has been fixed.

The filling ratio is now synchronized with EPLAN Platform to facilitate better project exchange with EPLAN ProPanel.

Control points of cable trays now have two new properties – Bending radius and Actual bending radius. They function similarly to the same properties that were already available for bundles.

The support for the GDI driver has been removed.

After following a specific workflow, objects could be selected in the 3D scene even when everything was hidden from that scene. No objects are now selected in such a scenario.

Under specific conditions, instead of moving selected control points in a drawing, the whole bundle structure would move. This is now fixed.

The Quantity/Length property was not exported when exporting a report. The property is now present in the exported reports.

Some users had editing commands available in the user interface even though they had only read-only access to the library and the commands could not write into the library. Editing functions are now properly restricted.

Special components could sometimes take a lot of time before they were added or removed from the scene. The response time is now almost instantaneous.

Some users experienced issues when exporting and re-importing data to the X_T format. This format now causes no issues.

The 3D data exchange feature was optimized and enhanced. We now also support newer versions of some 3D import documents.

Some projects with imported geometries took very long to open. We updated the handling of imported materials which improved the performance of said projects.

It was impossible to create a constraint to a ribbon cable label. This is now fixed.

The Studio application could crash when placing specific parts via the EPLAN Import panel with the AutoPlace wires option active. This is now fixed.

When moving a specific control point in a cable drawing derived from a particular project, the control point moved along with several other control points. This behavior was fixed.

The Studio application could become stuck in deriving a nailboard from a particular source document, resulting in an inevitable application termination. This issue was fixed.

Studio could crash when placing an Outer dimension between two specific control points in a particular cable drawing. This behavior was fixed.

When mapping a connectable object to a cable, the query in the part browser returned all connectable objects no matter the search string. The query function now returns only suitable entries.

Searching for library items linked to other items as accessories or alternative parts is now possible. There are two new query properties for that purpose.

We optimized the move command for some 3D models that previously performed poorly.

The scene's graphics could appear broken after using the home button. This is now fixed.

When cables were placed automatically via the Import panel, the interpolation was always set to Spline. This behavior was fixed, the interpolation now uses the same setting used the last time a cable was placed from the library.

The behavior of the middle mouse button was inconsistent when navigating a workdesk scene and holding the middle mouse button and the SHIFT key. This was fixed.

The 3D import and export features failed. They now work as expected.

A warning message did not appear when creating a document with a name already present in the project structure. The message appears now.

After selecting the Rename option from the context menu in the project structure, the document name was not selected for editing. The user can now edit the document name without further user actions.

When launching a search query with a value in a multi-language string with an unspecified language, the search did not provide all results. Such queries now provide all valid results.

Fixed an issue where the account name of the EPLAN Harness ProD Synchronization Service instead of the editor user name was synchronized into the Last editor field in EPLAN Electric P8.

Fixed an issue with a third-party module where the workstation working memory usage could increase significantly while working in a 3D working window.

Fixed an issue where users with read-only access to an SQL library or an LPM library could activate commands that should not be available to them.

Fixed an issue that occurred during 3D macro imports. The overall stability of the 3D import feature was improved.

Fixed an issue where the orientation of connector symbols could be switched after the document was updated.

Fixed an issue where a specific derived cable drawing could neither be updated nor derived anew from a specific cable unit.

Fixed an issue where shrink tubing could not be made visible when placed as a non-graphical accessory of a special component.

Fixed an issue with the AutoBackup function causing a document to appear as saved even though it was not. This could also lead to a loss of the modified data.

Fixed performance issues of a specific task plug-in.

Fixed an issue where the application could crash when a wire terminal was added as its own wire terminal.

Fixed an issue where the 3D SpaceMouse settings needed to be reestablished with every restart of EPLAN Harness proD.

Fixed an issue where exporting a document to an HTML file caused one of the included images to overwrite all the other images.

Fixed an issue where multiple options could be selected in the Advanced properties of rasters in cable drawing documents.

Fixed an issue where the application could crash after a specific workflow revolving around deactivated cables.

Fixed an issue where deriving a cable drawing from a workdesk while using a template with a defined display configuration could fail to place a dimension between a label and a pin.

Fixed an issue where a cable or a wire could appear as valid after it was synchronized from the EPLAN Platform with an invalid set of properties.

Fixed an issue where pins could be separated from the body of a connector after following a specific workflow.

Fixed an issue where occurrences of hook-ups and lock systems in workdesk and workspace documents could not be found via API when they were used as non-graphical accessories.

Fixed an issue where a shield imported through the EPLAN import panel could not be reconnected after disconnecting it through a specific workflow.

Changed the width of the system configurations text box in the Synchronizer Controller application settings tab as most names were too long for the original size.

Fixed an issue where exporting a nailboard or a cable drawing into a PDF file could cause the stripes in the Color column of a wire list table to glitch.

Fixed an issue where projects with a large amount of geometries could cause some objects to be placed at a single point instead of their intended position. The HTML Viewer was modified to accommodate eight times as many geometries.

Fixed an issue where it was impossible to place outer dimensions between an assembly and a connectable object.

Fixed an issue where changes to the ExternalMainName property were not tracked correctly in a specific workflow. This property value is now taken from the project variables.

Fixed an issue where a part with an extremely large 3D model could not be placed from an SQL-based library into a 3D window.

It is now possible to manually route wires through bundles with special components (e.g., splices). There is a new checkbox (checked by default) that lets the user ignore special components. The Ignore special components checkbox can be found in the command bar after activating the manual route command.

• When checked, the routed paths are routed past the special components on the bundle.
• When unchecked, the routed paths exit the bundle after the first special component they encounter.

Fixed an issue where cable wires placed from the EPLAN import panel could appear as not placed when there were connections with the same Connection designation.

Fixed an issue where the system memory usage continually increased until the system ran out of memory.

Fixed an issue where wires routed through a cable tray or bundle caused issues when manually routing the wires into a new cable tray or bundle. For the same reason, it is now impossible to semi-auto route wires that are already routed through a cable tray or a bundle.

Fixed an issue where the application could crash after an upgrade to EPLAN Harness proD 2024 when the connected library contained a leading part that was created in EPLAN Harness proD 2023.

Fixed an issue where a 2D symbol changed its orientation after performing a cable drawing update.

Fixed an issue where the nailboard compare function failed to show specific types of differences.

Fixed an issue where placing outer dimensions could cause a crash of the application.

Fixed an issue where some categories and properties were not retained when importing from a library of version 2.9 and earlier to a library of version 2023 SP1 Update 3. This issue also occurred after upgrading EPLAN Harness proD 2.9 or earlier to version 2023 SP1 Update 3.

Fixed an issue where specific actions requiring the EPLAN Platform API could fail when an EPLAN application (EPLAN Electric P8, EPLAN Pro Panel or EPLAN LPM) was installed at the workstation, but its license was unavailable. Now, when the license is unavailable, another attempt is made with the next license (in the order EPLAN Electric P8 > EPLAN Pro Panel > EPLAN LPM).

Free properties with a defined value but without a name now have an automatic name in EPLAN Harness proD to improve compatibility with EPLAN LPM.

Fixed an issue where importing a library could get stuck due to a buffer overflow.

Fixed an issue where Microsoft Windows 11 was not properly recognized in EPLAN Harness proD logs.

Missing custom translation IDs could produce translations in a language corresponding to the EPLAN Harness proD UI language.

Fixed an issue where filtering data in a table produced the wrong order of colors in the Color column.

Fixed an issue where placing the outer dimensions onto an outer symbol dimension point always resulted in the outer dimensions starting from the center of the symbol.

Enhanced database upgrades to fix corrupted pin data from older versions.

It is now possible to turn on an automatic LPM library synchronization. To do so, check the Integrated synchronization between EPLAN Harness proD Library and master data checkbox in the General tab of the EPLAN Harness proD Library settings. When checked, the Synchronizer application is run while the user keeps an LPM library open in the EPLAN Harness proD Library. The user can select this during EPLAN Harness proD Setup. The master data synchronization options were changed to the following:

• Integrated synchronization between EPLAN Harness proD Library and master data,
• Background master data synchronization,
• Master data synchronization service.

When placing cables and wires from the EPLAN import panel, it is now possible to place wires and cables automatically without user input. To do so, select corresponding items in the Wires / cables list of the import panel, right-click one of them to open the context menu, and select Auto place. All wires and cables that exist in the connected library are placed without the necessity to place them manually one by one. Those that do not exist in the connected library are not placed. The user is not prompted to select a replacement in such cases.

It is now possible to load and work with EPLAN Platform project properties. There is a new tab in EPLAN Harness proD Studio called EPLAN Platform properties. There, the user can view EPLAN Platform project properties as they would appear in EPLAN Electric P8. It is now also possible to use these properties in other parts of EPLAN Harness proD, for example, in the UVP editor.

It is now possible to use EPLAN Electric P8 system configurations in EPLAN Harness proD and Synchronizer. You can specify the system configuration in Settings > General > Paths. In Synchronizer Controller, you can specify the system configuration in the Settings tab. The user can set their system configuration after adding the corresponding command group to the ribbon toolbar in EPLAN Electric P8. Please also note that to fully utilize the EPLAN Electric P8 system configurations, the EPLAN Electric P8 application first needs to be launched with administrator rights and with the parameter "/SystemConfiguration:<Value>" for the system configuration to take effect.

It is now possible to set the synchronization interval of LPM libraries. You can do so by setting the Synchronization interval property in the Synchronizer application.

Selecting specific documents for HTML export is now possible instead of exporting the whole project.

The default TCP port for the Synchronizer application changed to 32770.

There is a new property of cable trays – Length. The user can also display a tooltip that shows the length of the cable tray and its name.

It is now possible to create a dimension point for leading part 2D symbols. The name of a leading part dimension point shows in a tooltip in the nailboard environment when hovering the mouse cursor above a dimension point.

It is now possible to display new, device-tag-related columns in Wire list and single-line BOM reports and Wire list and single-line BOM tables in nailboard and cable drawing documents. These columns are Full DT from, Full DT to, Displayed DT from, and Displayed DT to.

Wire terminals with Part allocation source or Part allocation target of ribbon cable wire in EPLAN Electric P8 are placed on wire ends as expected in EPLAN Harness proD when imported from EPLAN Electric P8.

Function definitions now have the same order when synchronized. Function definitions without connection points are now also displayed.

Information stored by EPLAN Electric P8 in LPM libraries is now preserved even in fields not used by EPLAN Harness proD.

EPLAN Harness proD now supports all Function definitions from EPLAN Platform.

There is a new task for checking multiple pin function definition properties. This check can be used for these cases:

• plug designations on pins are not the same within a single function definition;
• contact coil index on pins are not the same within a single function definition;
• levels on pins are not the same within a single function definition;
• terminal and pin designations on pins are not the same within a single function definition;
• terminal designations on pins are not the same across all function definitions on the same level.

Connected shield nodes now have a different icon than disconnected shield nodes in the Tree view.

Failed operations with the project structure now have more user-friendly error messages.

New parts from the EPLAN Platform groups are now supported by EPLAN Harness proD. Please, visit the online help for a full list of supported parts.

Leading parts can have dimension points in nailboard documents just as connectors can have them in cable drawing documents.

Organizers (bundles and cables) can have decorators that show their properties.

The user can now define Line length and Line angle for balloons in display configurations.

The Tree view was redesigned. As a benefit, readability was increased, and performance was increased in large projects. This also solved a number of issues related to this feature.

It is now possible to change the annotation text color.

Setup now creates default folders for your data – projects, display configurations, project templates, connections, and libraries. These folders are created according to the settings available during the setup. They can be changed either in settings or in setup. The new default path is under public user to enable sharing data between multiple accounts. This also means that no localized version of these folders is created when changing EPLAN Harness proD GUI languages. See the EPLAN Harness proD Installation page in our Online Help to find out more.

It is now required to log in to EPLAN Cloud Identity Client when launching EPLAN Harness proD. The user needs to have an EPLAN Cloud account. Visit the Frequently Asked Questions section of our Help to learn more.

Balloons now do not change position once they've been manually edited. The user can also set default settings for new balloon properties per part type.

Quick Search in Part Navigator and EPLAN Harness proD Library now searches the Part number, Description, Designation 1-3, and the user-defined properties.

PlatformBridge logs are now extended and show more events.

Cable trays now show their capacity. As the number of conductors routed through the cable tray changes, so does the fill capacity property change. Once the fill value reaches or exceeds 100 %, the user is informed by a task.

The Exposed length property is now available on wire and cable ends. For wires routed in surface protection, this is the length of wire between the surface protection end control point and the connected pin. For cable wires and shields, the property shows the length between the insulation or shield, and the pin.

It is now possible to merge cable trays by connecting a new cable tray to existing cable tray endpoints.

It is now possible to open attached documents with unknown extensions.

Fixed an issue where using the Modify cable unit command to remove a bundle from the cable unit did nothing.

Fixed an issue where the positions of some properties in the Properties panel of rapid prototyping parts differed from the regular parts from the library.

Fixed an issue where the default decimal separator setting was ignored. Currently, when the user fills in a field with the separator not selected as default, e.g., "5,3" with the dot set as a separator, the value is automatically converted to follow the default separator setting, e.g., "5.3".

The contents of the Generic product group, Product group and Product subgroup lists in the EPLAN Harness proD Library Query panel were changed. They now list only supported parts. They are now also listed in alphabetical order.

Fixed an issue where the autoplace function failed to connect a shield to a grouped pin while placing the imported parts manually functioned properly.

Fixed an issue where a standalone wire Pin note and Pin inner note changed positions after performing a nailboard update.

It is now possible to omit pins when exporting a 3D model.

The default mouse zoom option was changed so that it follows that of the HTML Viewer and of the EPLAN Pro Panel.

It is now possible to resolve multiple tasks. The user can either click the Resolve all tasks button in the Tasks panel, select the Resolve all tasks item in the context menu of the Tasks panel, or select multiple tasks, right-click one of them and select the Resolve selected tasks. Tasks that require user input cannot be resolved this way.

Fixed an issue where placing a handle on a key point may not work when the target object is part of a group.

Fixed an issue where the application could crash when the personal directory was unreachable.

Fixed an issue where the text labels in GUI appeared to have no gaps.

Fixed an issue where some GUI elements were distorted when EPLAN Harness proD was launched in a Chinese or Japanese MS Windows version.

Fixed an issue where grip points could be missing for some of the objects in cable drawing documents. This fix also addressed the issues with grid snap.

Fixed an issue where objects imported from an EPLAN Pro Panel layout could change positions.

Fixed an issue where pin notes and inner pin notes could change positions after a nailboard update was performed.

Fixed an issue where the use of decimal points was inconsistent across the EPLAN Harness proD Library editable fields. Fields that accept numeric values with decimal places now replace commas with points or vice versa according to the user's settings.

Fixed an issue where a library could not be exported when the EPLAN Harness proD application ran in a Citrix virtualization environment while the EPLAN Platform was launched locally.

Fixed issues where the product grouping filters in EPLAN Harness proD Library queries did not properly sort the Mechanics, Process engineering and Fluid power groups and their sub-groups.

Fixed an issue where the placement on mounting points placement option only worked for the first two parts placed like this. Furthermore, the single slot placement icon now properly changes when this option is active.

Fixed an issue where the cable layout was lost after performing the Update parts from library command after changing properties of the cable in the library. The layout is now regenerated only when the wire list of the cable changes.

Fixed an issue where recategorizing a part variant made its other variants invalid.

Fixed an issue where a leading part could change appearance (color) when it was imported and replaced with itself, and the document was saved, closed and reopened.

Fixed an issue where fractional values in certain value fields in EPLAN Harness proD Library were automatically converted to decimal numbers.

Fixed an issue where the cable structure of the former cable type was retained even after recategorizing a ribbon cable as a cable or vice versa.

Fixed an issue where the Currently filled field value showed incorrect information after using the Stretch command.

Fixed an issue where the shield was not automatically connected to a grouped pin after it was imported through the EPLAN import panel.

Fixed an issue where a part could not be placed onto an auxiliary plane when the part had many overlapping objects. Placing of parts with complex graphics on surfaces now uses a more precise approach.

Fixed an issue where the device tag related properties did not show in the single-line bill of materials table in cable drawing and nailboard documents.

Fixed an issue where EPLAN Harness proD did not keep the order of attributes, i.e. tags, after they were synchronized from the EPLAN Platform.

Custom tables can now be resized using the API.

Fixed an issue that caused free properties to lose their index when migrating the library from version 2.9.x to versions 2022 or 2023.

Fixed an issue where a bundle in a cable unit could not be properly added to a complex entity when the bundle was included in a superordinate bundle that was not included in the cable unit.

Fixed an issue where the synchronization of a part could fail when that part was edited and saved in EPLAN Harness proD.

Fixed an issue where exporting a document to a 3D export file would cause the source file to become much larger by duplicating some of the saved data.

Fixed an issue where exporting a document to a 3D export file would cause the source file to become much larger by duplicating some of the saved data.

EPLAN Harness proD 2023 SP1 U3 updates library storage to a higher version. The user must therefore perform a library migration after the update from a previous version of EPLAN Harness proD.

Fixed the issue of pin positions resetting after new changes were synchronized from EPLAN Electric P8 to EPLAN Harness proD.

Fixed an issue where the application could crash while placing parts from the EPLAN import panel.

Fixed an issue where documents could not be derived from cable units and wire harnesses when the Name based on cable unit name (indexed when it already exists) or the Name based on wire harness name (indexed when it already exists) checkbox was selected.

Fixed several issues with the Synchronizer Controller where the application could crash when running for prolonged periods of time.

Fixed an issue where unwanted graphic artifacts appeared in a 3D scene when the Solid body + wire mode was selected, the scene was zoomed out, and then the view was changed to the Home view.

Fixed performance issues that occurred when moving connected objects in workspace documents.

Pin coordinates property is now available through the API.

Fixed an issue where a clip could change the position and color when exported and re-imported. The issue with grommets not being exported was also fixed.

Fixed an issue where exporting data from a workspace document could take a disproportionately long time when the Export paths as solid checkbox was selected.

When installing a full setup of EPLAN Harness proD 2023 SP1, you can now specify an account for running the Synchronizer service. To do so, select the Master Data synchronization service – this displays the login fields for the account to run the service.
Please note that when the user does not have the permissions for running the service, the displayed exception does not differentiate such situation from a wrong password. You can however go to the MS Windows application Services, find the EPLAN Harness ProD Synchronizer Service, and change the account in its settings.

It is now possible to utilize an advanced filtering feature in Nailboard and Cable drawing tables, and in reports. You can access the feature by selecting a table in a Nailboard document, navigating to the Properties panel and selecting the Columns button in the Advanced section. In reports, this feature is accessible in the Filter group in the ribbon.
