Do I still require a dongle?
If you have previously used a dongle for the operation, it is still required.
On request an existing dongle-linked license can be switched to operation without dongle.
When licensing without a dongle do I receive a new dongle number / serial number to use the benefits of the service?
When switching to a license without a dongle you receive a new serial number with which you can use the benefits of the service. The dongle with the previous serial number has to be sent back to Eplan.
How do I proceed when I have to change hardware components?
The Eplan license is coupled to the computer on which it is used.
Before you make modifications to your computer, you must return the licenses:
- Return Eplan licenses to the Eplan licensing system.
- Return Single License with Internet connection or without Internet connection.
- Return Concurrent License with Internet connection or without Internet connection.
- Return borrowed licenses to the
