Returns the description of a setting.

Syntax

Parameter Name	Description
strSettingPath	Indicates the path of the setting.

The description of a setting as a string.

Exceptions

Exception	Description
System.ArgumentNullException	Thrown if `strSettingPath` is `null`.
System.ArgumentException	Thrown if `strSettingPath` is empty.
BaseException	Thrown if the setting is not defined.
