Create(Page) Method

Exceptions

Exception	Description
System.ArgumentNullException	Thrown when `page` is `null`.
Eplan.EplApi.DataModel.ObjectCreationException	Thrown when the Arc cannot be created.
Eplan.EplApi.DataModel.ObjectAlreadyCreatedException	Thrown when the Arc has already been created.
Eplan.EplApi.DataModel.InvalidArgumentException	Thrown when given Eplan.EplApi.DataModel.Page has PageType sets to ExternalDocument.
