Leave, delete, restore organization

ClosedLeave organization

Note

You can only leave the organization if you are a user of the organization. The main administrator cannot leave their own organization.

  1. My settings > Organizations

Prerequisite: My settings is open.

  1. Click Organizations in the navigation bar.
  2. Click the icon next to the organization.
  3. Click Leave.

    4. A dialog opens which informs you about which organization you are leaving.

  4. Click Leave.

    5. If you are part of the organization you are signed off.

    If you now sign in again the organization is not available for selection anymore.

  5. You have successfully left the organization.

ClosedDelete organization

Note

You can only delete an organization if you have not purchased any paid product for this organization. To delete it, you also have to be the main administrator of the organization.

  1. My settings > Organizations

Prerequisite: My settings is open.

  1. Click Organizations in the navigation bar.
  2. Click the icon next to the organization.
  3. Click Delete.

    4. A dialog opens which informs you which organization you are deleting and that you have 30 days to restore it.

  4. Click Delete.

    5. If you are part of the organization you are signed off.

    If you now sign in again the organization is not available for selection anymore.

  5. You have successfully deleted the organization.

ClosedRestore organization
  1. My settings > Organizations

Prerequisite: My settings is open.

  1. Click Organizations in the navigation bar.
  2. Click Restore next to the organization you want to restore.

    3. A dialog opens which informs you about which organization you are restoring.

  3. Click Restore.
  4. You have successfully restored the organization.
