- Order from EPLAN
- On the start page of the part request, click Order from EPLAN. (Start page part request)
- Specify all information in the mandatory fields.
- Confirm the request to transfer your contact information.
- Click Submit order.
- Check the summary and click Send.
- The order was sent to EPLAN.
Mandatory fields are identified with this character *.
The number of mandatory fields can change depending on the selection and specification.
The "Summary" dialog opens.
The overview of the part requests and part orders opens.
You will receive an e-mail.
Note
For a successful submission of your part request or feedback we recommend that you completely fill out your Contact information in the EPLAN Cloud. To do so, open My settings in the Cloud menu and enter your personal data in the Profile area. EPLAN can provide no guarantee that your request will be fulfilled by the manufacturer and cannot provide a date for this to be accomplished.
