ClosedUser interface: Order part from EPLAN
  1. Part details
  2. Information on your purchase
  3. Overview of the data types which the ordered part will contain.
  4. The amount of required EPLAN Credits depends on the selection and the scope of data types which the part is to fulfill.
  5. Number of EPLAN Credits which are available to you.

ClosedUser interface: Overview of the part requests and part orders
  1. Filter: Use the filter to search for parts which you or another member of your company organization have requested or ordered.
  2. Here, the part requests or part orders as well as their status of all members of your company organization are displayed.

ClosedOverview: Details on part orders
  1. Status: Shows the current status of your order. Here you can answer questions. More on this here.
  2. Order details: Contains all information on your part order at EPLAN.
  3. Download: Here you can download the ordered part as an edz file.
  4. Status: Shows you in which status your part order is.

ClosedStatus of the part orders
Icon Status Meaning
Open Processing of your order has not yet begun.
In progress Processing of your order has begun.
On hold because of a question EPLAN has a question because of your order. Answer it. (Answer question about the part order)
On hold because of a lack of EPLAN Credits Your order requires a higher amount than planned. Further EPLAN Credits have to be debited to finish the order.
Completed Your order is finished and is available for download. (Download a part order)
Canceled EPLAN has canceled your order. Take a look at the reasons in the details of your part order.
