This cross-reference refers from a component, the so-called "pair cross-reference contact", to its "wired" opposite in the schematic. In the opposite direction, the opposite partner refers back to the pair cross-reference contact (see Pair cross-reference contacts). A reference to the main function does not exist in this case.
