Connection splicers dispose of several connection points and serve the distribution or branching of connections. In fluid power and process engineering connection splicers serve the distribution of the fluid medium in a fluid power system. In electrical engineering connections or cables are branched by means of connection splicers. In EPLAN connection splicers are represented graphically by logical connection symbols and are managed like general devices. Meaning that connection splicers can have device, symbol and function as well as parts data assigned to them.
