Pre-planning
The segment definition specifies the type of segment (that is, of a structure segment or planning object), similar to a function definition that specifies the type of function. The segment definition is a pre-definition of the segments available to the system; it specifies which segments can be used in the project, as well as the default behavior of such segments.
