Cause

The properties of a signal definition (which you defined for a connection potential definition point) differ from the potential definition (of the same name) defined in the schematic. The potential type, potential value or the frequency information could be different.

Solution

Enter the corresponding properties for the connection's signal definition and the potential definition in the schematic.

Refresh the connections and then start a new check run.
