Customer-focused Improvement Program

The EPLAN GmbH & Co. KG team works continuously to improve the EPLAN software in order to meet the growing demands on EPLAN products. To implement such improvements in a targeted fashion, it is required to have a good understanding of the users' working method.

How does the customer-focused improvement program of EPLAN work, and how can you benefit from participating?

The improvement program for the EPLAN products is activated by default. In the process no personal data are acquired, but only anonymized information about how you use EPLAN and how you configure your software and hardware. The data are sent to the address eplanux.de using the https protocol, and are subsequently evaluated at EPLAN headquarters in Monheim am Rhein, Germany. EPLAN will use insights gained from such information to further improve the user-friendliness and performance of the software in future versions.

How can you terminate your participation in the customer-focused improvement program?

You can terminate your participation in the improvement program by activating the No, don't participate option in the Customer-focused improvement program dialog. You reach the dialog via the following commands: File > Help > Command group Improvement program > Participation.

You can agree to participate at any time again by activating the Yes, participate in the customer-focused improvement program option. Your consent applies only to the started EPLAN product in the current EPLAN version.
