Master Data: Symbols

This section provides information about the new symbols that are available to you in the master data as of the current version.

Notes:

  • The following pages show a number of illustrations of new symbols from different symbol libraries. The illustrations show variant "A" of the respective symbols in multi-line or single-line representation. The name and number of the symbol are shown underneath the symbol.
  • Several symbols dispose of the same symbol graphic. These symbols do, however, differ with regard to usage in the trades, the function definitions, the symbol properties and their positions. New symbols that have the same symbol graphic are displayed together.

IEC, GOST, and GB standards

ClosedNew symbols have been added to the symbol libraries "IEC_symbol", "GOST_symbol" and "GB_symbol". The following new symbols, among others, are available to you here:

  • The symbol graphic has been corrected in the following symbols:

  • The contact image variant has been corrected in the following symbols:

    SL3 // 1625
    In addition, the contact image variant in the symbol libraries "IEC_symbol" and " GB_symbol" were checked and corrected, if required.
  • The function definition was changed for the following symbols:
    USP // 105
    USP_3 // 1156
    USP_4 // 1157
  • In the "IEC_single_symbol", "GOST_single_symbol" and "GB_single_symbol" the placement of the properties was additionally corrected at several symbols.
