So-called "external editing" allows data to be exported from EPLAN, externally edited by means of other programs (such as Excel), and then reloaded. The data of the project (pages, functions, etc.) and the parts management can be exchanged. You can specify in the settings the data to be considered during external editing of project pages, functions, connections and parts. With the external editing of data, additional data such as pages, functions, etc. or new parts can be generated in the parts database.
