In pre-planning placeholder objects are used in the macros to vary the data during the generation of schematics or on the generated schematic pages. The new check box Consider placeholder object in the pre-planning is now available in the property dialog of the placeholder objects in the Settings tab so that you can control the behavior of placeholder objects in pre-planning.
Benefit:
The new Consider placeholder object in the pre-planning setting allows you to control the usage of placeholder objects in the pre-planning in accordance with your requirements.
If the Consider placeholder object in the pre-planning check box is activated, the placeholder object - as previously - is displayed in the Macro tab after assigning the macros at the planning object. The values of the placeholder object can be edited in the pre-planning.
If the check box is deactivated, the placeholder object at the planning object is not displayed in the Macro tab anymore. The values of the placeholder object can therefore not be edited in the pre-planning.
