    Writes the text to EplLog.txt when Trace is on.

    Trace(Assembly,String)Writes the text to EplLog.txt when Trace is on.  
    Trace(String)Writes the text to EplLog.txt when Trace is on. The Calling Assembly is asked for the trace switch state on or off.
