Settings

In this area you can make settings for greenlinings. All settings for greenlinings are your personal settings and do not affect the settings of other users.

Default selection

You can select whether the green pen is pre-selected by default when you work with eVIEW.

Visibility

You can select for whom your greenlinings are visible. You can specify whether your greenlinings are "Private" or "Public" by default.

• Public: Any user with whom the project was shared can see the greenlining.
• Private: Only the creator and the administrator of eVIEW can see the greenlining.

Even if you have set an option by default, you can change the visibility of individual greenlinings afterwards. Go to the details of the respective greenlining and select the corresponding option.
