Create Eplan ID

An overview of the Eplan ID is available in Eplan ID.

Before you can download an Eplan product, you must create an Eplan ID and be a member of a company organization. The following steps guide you through this process and bring you to the dashboard.

1. Open the Eplan homepage in the browser and click the profile at the top right.
2. The sign-in page of the Eplan Cloud opens.
3. Enter your e-mail address.
4. Click Next.

You will receive an e-mail with a 6-digit code to confirm the e-mail address.

5. Enter the 6-digit code.
6. Click Next.

You have the following options:

Option 1: Free organization

1. Select Free organization.
2. Click Next.
3. Enter a name for your organization.
4. Click Next.
5. Enter your e-mail address.
6. Enter your password twice.
7. Click Next.
8. Complete your profile.
9. Click Next.

Your organization information is displayed.

Option 2: Company organization

1. Select Company organization.
2. Click Next.
3. Enter your serial number and customer number.

You can find your serial number in the license selection dialog.

You will receive your customer number from the license administrator of your company.

4. Click Next.
5. Enter your e-mail address.
6. Enter your password twice.
7. Click Next.
8. Complete your profile.
9. Click Next.

Your organization information is displayed.
