- User management
- Click Teams in the navigation bar.
- Select a team.
- Click the
icon in the Team area.
- Change the name, the short form, the description or the role template.
- Click Save.
- You have edited the name, the short form, the description or the role template.
If you change the role template, all team members are assigned the desired roles immediately. If a user is a member of multiple teams, the user always retains the role with the largest functional scope.
