Several new properties now make it possible to have a "shortened" designation for the displayed DT displayed at the components on a project page. The following new properties are available to this purpose:
- Functional assignment (visible) (ID 1329)
- Higher-level function (visible) (ID 1129)
- Installation site (visible) (ID 1429)
- Mounting location (visible) (ID 1229)
- Higher-level function number (visible) (ID 1729)
- User-defined structure (visible) (ID 1629)
- Product (visible) (ID 1829).
For display at the component select the desired property in the Display tab of the property dialog using the property selection. For the respective property only the component of the displayed device tag is displayed that belongs to the listed identifier block (for example the mounting location).
Benefit:
The new properties for the components of the displayed DT allow you to structure the property arrangements of your component so that only those components relevant for you are shown in the graphical editor.
Notes:
- Blank spaces or line breaks that are available in the displayed DT are not displayed for these properties.
- For the Product (visible) property a value is only shown when the extended reference identification in the project structure is selected and the product aspect is used for structuring.
