Cause

A stored part was determined in the project whose part number or variant stored in the project is not stored in the parts database. Possibly the part or the part variant was deleted from the parts database or the part number in the parts database was changed.

Solution

Possibility 1

For placed parts or part variants:

1. Locate the object with the stored part or the stored part variant by using the Go to (graphic) functionality from the popup menu in the Message management dialog.
2. Open the Properties dialog of the object and bring the Parts tab to the foreground.
3. Exchange the part or the part variant for a suitable part or a suitable part variant from the parts database.
4. If required, start a new check run.

Possibility 2

For unplaced parts or part variants:

1. Clean up the project. Select the following commands:  File > Extras > Command group Organize > Project > Command group Optimize > Compress project.
2. In the Settings field of the Compress project dialog select the scheme "Remove unnecessary project data" and branch via [...] to the settings for the data to be compressed.
3. Activate the Remove project data check box and additionally the Unused parts and Unused part variants check boxes in the subordinate branch.
4. Confirm your entries.
5. If required, start a new check run.
