You have opened a project.File > Settings > Projects > "Project name" > Devices > Numbering (online). Click [...] next to the Identifiers field.
In this dialog, you can define your own sets of identifiers. An identifier set is an assignment of identifiers and functions. Each identifier set is stored project-specifically in a separate scheme. Schemes are supplied for some frequently used standards.
Overview of the main dialog elements:
Select the scheme that you wish to use or edit from the drop-down list. You can also use the adjacent toolbar for this purpose.
Enter the text for which the function definitions are to be filtered into this field. In the process the texts of the columns Trade, Category, Group and Function definition are searched.
If you want to return to the original view of the function definitions, remove the search term from the entry field. Click (Delete) to do so.
The function definitions and the assigned identifiers are displayed in the table. Only the Identifier column can be edited. The outdated "IEC" identifier set cannot be changed.

Popup menu:
The popup menu provides - depending on the field type (e.g. date, integer, multilingual) - the following menu items that are, depending on the situation, available for influencing the table or editing the values in the fields. You can find an overview of these popup menu items in the section Popup menu items.
