Cause

In the parts database to be checked a part was found to which a replacement part is assigned that does not exist in the parts database.

Solution

Possibility 1

Assign a different replacement part to the determined part.

1. In the parts management mark the line with the message in the Messages tab and select the Go to popup menu item for this line.
   The respective part is marked in the tree view of the parts management.
2. Bring the Properties tab to the front.
3. Click (All properties) or (Filled properties).
4. In the property table open the Technical data hierarchy level.
5. Select another replacement part from the parts database in the Replacement part: Number field.
6. Click [Apply].
7. If required, start a new check run.
8. Close the parts management and perform a parts data synchronization.

Possibility 2

Create the missing replacement part in the parts database or download the parts data from the Data Portal.
