Using Isolation Mode

The Isolation mode command allows for easily displaying only the selected objects and for working with them exclusively and carry out whichever changes are required. Once you no longer need to work in isolation mode, you just terminate the command, and all changes are retained.

Prerequisite:

You have selected the objects to be isolated.

  1. Select the View > Isolation mode menu items or the button below the properties panel in the workspace / workdesk working window.

All objects which were not selected "disappear" and only the selected ones remain.
  2. Carry out the desired modifications on the objects currently visible.
  3. Terminate isolation mode in the same way it was activated.

    The changes are retained.

The non-isolated objects become visible again.
