Sign in to the Eplan Cloud

You can sign in to the Eplan Cloud by using your Eplan account or your account from Microsoft or Google.

Prerequisite:

  • You already have an Eplan ID. For more information, see Create Eplan ID.
  • The Microsoft account must be integrated into Microsoft Entra ID. For more information, see Microsoft Entra ID.
  • The Google account must be integrated into Google Workspace. Further information is available in Google Workspace.

ClosedIn the Eplan Platform
  1. Start the Eplan Platform.

    2. The license selection dialog opens.

  2. Select a license package.

    3. The sign-in dialog opens.

  3. You have the following options:
    • Enter your Eplan account credentials.

      • or

    • Select the account with which you want to sign in and enter your credentials.
  4. Click Sign in.

ClosedSign in to the browser
  1. Open the Eplan homepage in the browser and click the profile at the top right.
  2. The sign-in page of the Eplan Cloud opens.
  3. You have the following options:
    • Enter your Eplan account credentials.

      • or

    • Select the account with which you want to sign in and enter your credentials.
  4. Click Sign in.

    5. The dialog Select organization opens if you are a member of several organizations.

  5. Select the desired organization.
  6. The dashboard opens and all available products are shown.

ClosedIn the Eplan Platform (up to Version 2.9)

Prerequisite:

You already have an Eplan ID. Further information is available Create Eplan ID.

ClosedWith the Eplan account

Note

To use Eplan Cloud products in the Eplan Platform, install at least version 2.9 of the Eplan Platform.

  1. Start the Eplan Platform (Version 2.9).
  2. Select the following menu items: Utilities > Eplan ePULSE.
  3. You have the following options:
    • Enter your Eplan account credentials.

      • or

    • Select the account with which you want to sign in and enter your credentials.

    Click Sign in.

    The dialog Select organization opens if you are a member of several organizations.

  4. Select the desired organization.
  5. The dashboard opens and all available products are shown.

ClosedWith other accounts (Microsoft, Google)
  1. Start the Eplan Platform (Version 2.9).
  2. Select the following menu items: Utilities > Eplan ePULSE.
  3. Click Sign in.
  4. Select the account you would like to use to sign in.
  5. Enter your credentials and click Sign in.

    6. The Select organization dialog opens if you are a member of several organizations.

  6. Select the desired organization.
  7. The dashboard opens and all available products are shown.
