Sign in to the EPLAN Cloud

In the pre-installed EPLAN Platform (as of Version 2022)

Note

The instructions below will help you in the following cases:

  • EPLAN Platform (as of Version 2022) is already installed on your computer, but your company organization has not yet been linked to an EPLAN ID.
  • EPLAN Platform (as of Version 2022) is already installed on your computer, but the main administrator has not yet invited you to the company organization.

ClosedWithout an EPLAN ID

First steps:

  1. Start the EPLAN Platform (as of Version 2022).

    2. The license selection dialog opens.

  2. Select a license package.

    3. The sign-in dialog opens.

  3. Under the sign-in button at No EPLAN ID and no company organization?, click on Click here.
  4. Enter your e-mail address.
  5. Enter your serial number and customer number.

    6. You can find your serial number in the license selection dialog.

    You will receive your customer number from the license administrator of your company.

  6. Read and confirm the Terms of Use and click Next.

    7. You will receive an e-mail.

  7. Confirm your e-mail address

    8. Follow the further steps.

ClosedWith an EPLAN account
  1. Start the EPLAN Platform (as of Version 2022).

    2. The license selection dialog opens.

  2. Select a license package.

    3. The sign-in dialog opens.

  3. Enter your credentials and click Sign in.
  4. Enter your serial number and customer number.

    5. You can find your serial number in the license selection dialog.

    You will receive your customer number from the license administrator of your company.

  5. Read and confirm the Terms of Use and click Next.

    6. You will receive an e-mail.

  6. Confirm your e-mail address

    7. Follow the further steps.

ClosedWith other accounts (Microsoft, Google)

The Microsoft account must be integrated with Microsoft Entra ID. More on this topic is available here.

The Google account must be integrated into Google Workspace. Further information is available here.

  1. Start the EPLAN Platform (as of Version 2022).

    2. The license selection dialog opens.

  2. Select a license package.

    3. The sign-in dialog opens.

  3. Select the account you would like to use to sign in.
  4. Enter your credentials and click Sign in.
  5. Enter your serial number and customer number.

    6. You can find your serial number in the license selection dialog.

  6. Read and confirm the Terms of Use and click Next.

    7. You will receive an e-mail.

In the EPLAN Platform (as of Version 2022)

Prerequisite:

You already have an EPLAN ID and are a member of a company organization.

ClosedWith other accounts (Microsoft, Google)

The Microsoft account must be integrated with Microsoft Entra ID. More on this topic is available here.

The Google account must be integrated into Google Workspace. Further information is available here.

  1. Start the EPLAN Platform (as of Version 2022).

  2. Select a license package.

    3. The sign-in dialog opens.

  3. Select the account you would like to use to sign in.
  4. Enter your credentials and click Sign in.

In the EPLAN Platform (Version 2.9)

Prerequisite:

You already have an EPLAN ID. Further information is available here.

ClosedWith the EPLAN account
  1. Start the EPLAN Platform (Version 2.9).
  2. Select the following menu items: Utilities > EPLAN ePULSE.
  3. Enter your credentials and click Sign in.

    4. The dialog Select organization opens if you are a member of several organizations.

  4. Select the desired organization.
  5. The dashboard opens and all available products are shown.

ClosedWith other accounts (Microsoft, Google)
  1. Start the EPLAN Platform (Version 2.9).
  2. Select the following menu items: Utilities > EPLAN ePULSE.
  3. Click Sign in.
  4. Select the account you would like to use to sign in.
  5. Enter your credentials and click Sign in.

    6. The dialog Select organization opens if you are a member of several organizations.

  6. Select the desired organization.

Sign in to the browser

Prerequisite:

  1. Open the EPLAN Cloud in the browser.
  2. Click Sign in.
  3. Enter your credentials and click Sign in.

    4. The dialog Select organization opens if you are a member of several organizations.

  4. Select the desired organization.
  5. The dashboard opens and all available products are shown.

ClosedWith other accounts (Microsoft, Google)
