Create Eplan ID

With an Eplan account

ClosedWhile you download Eplan Platform (as of Version 2022)

Path in the browser: Eplan Homepage > Services > Downloads > Eplan Electric P8 > Eplan Electric P8, Version...

First steps:

  1. On the Eplan homepage, go to the download area of Eplan Electric P8 Version (Eplan Platform 2022 or Eplan Platform 2023).
  2. Click the button there to create the Eplan ID and become a member of the company organization.
  3. Enter your e-mail address.
  4. Enter your serial number and customer number.

    5. You can find your serial number in the license selection dialog.

    You will receive your customer number from the license administrator of your company.

  5. Read and confirm the Terms of Use and click Next.

    6. You will receive an e-mail.

    Follow the further steps.

ClosedIn the pre-installed Eplan Platform (as of Version 2022)

First steps:

  1. Start the Eplan Platform (as of Version 2022).

    2. The license selection dialog opens.

  2. Select a license package.

    3. The sign-in dialog opens.

  3. Under the sign-in button at No Eplan ID and no company organization?, click on Click here.
  4. Enter your e-mail address.
  5. Enter your serial number and customer number.

    6. You can find your serial number in the license selection dialog.

    You will receive your customer number from the license administrator of your company.

  6. Read and confirm the Terms of Use and click Next.

    7. You will receive an e-mail.

    Follow the further steps.

ClosedIn the Eplan Platform (Version 2.9)

Note

To use Eplan Cloud products in the Eplan Platform, install at least version 2.9 of the Eplan Platform.

  1. Start the Eplan Platform (Version 2.9).
  2. Select the following menu items: Utilities > Eplan ePULSE.
  3. Click Create your Eplan ID now under the sign-in button.
  4. Enter your e-mail address, confirm the terms of use and click Create Eplan ID.

    5. You then receive an e-mail invitation to the Eplan Cloud and the "Eplan Community" organization.

  5. Open the "Welcome to the Eplan Cloud" e-mail in your e-mail program and click Confirm.

    6. The Create your Eplan ID and join organization dialog opens in your browser.

  6. Specify your password and click Create Eplan account.

    7. The Profile dialog opens.

  7. Enter your data and click Next.
  8. You now have an Eplan ID.
  9. The dashboard opens and all available products are shown.

ClosedIn the browser
  1. Open the Eplan Cloud in the browser.
  2. Click Sign in.
  3. Click Create your Eplan ID now under the sign-in button.
  4. Enter your e-mail address, confirm the terms of use and click Create Eplan ID.

    5. You then receive an e-mail invitation to the Eplan Cloud and the "Eplan Community" organization.

  5. Open the "Welcome to the Eplan Cloud" e-mail in your e-mail program and click Confirm.

    6. The Create your Eplan ID and join organization dialog opens in your browser.

  6. Specify your password and click Create Eplan account.

    7. The Profile dialog opens.

  7. Enter your data and click Next.
  8. You now have an Eplan ID.
  9. The dashboard opens and all available products are shown.

With other accounts

The Microsoft account must be integrated into Microsoft Entra ID. Further information is available here.
