The role "Main administrator"

The main administrator is the administrator of a company organization or organization. He has the possibility to invite additional users to the organization in the user management and can assign these users roles for individual products. The main administrator also has the option to relinquish their role as main administrator to another member in their organization.

Additionally, the main administrator can assign the role "Manage" to other users in the organization for user management.

The role "Manage"

Users with the role "Manage" have access to the user management of an organization and can assign roles to other users. The role "Manage" can be assigned either by the main administrator or by another user with the role "Manage".

The difference between the main administrator and a user with the role "Manage" is that users with the role "Manage" can be removed from an organization, a main administrator cannot. To remove them from an organization, the main administrator must first hand over their role to another user.

Only the "User" role or no role can be assigned for the Data Portal. If no role is selected, the user no longer has access to Data Portal and the part request.

Roles for the part request

There are two roles for the EDP Request Process that come with certain rights and restrictions. The following roles are available to you (beginning with the role with the most rights):

• Designer
• User
