Disable two-factor authentication (2FA)

Prerequisite: Open My settings.

After activating two-factor authentication, to sign in to the Eplan Cloud you must first enter your Cloud password and then the code in your authentication app.

Important

For two-factor authentication, you need a mobile device with a (TOTP-based) authentication app installed.

  1. My settings > General > Sign-in
  1. In the navigation bar, click General > Sign-in.
  2. Click the icon at Eplan account.
  3. Click Disable.
  4. Enter your password or use your Microsoft account and click Next.
  1. Enter the code that is displayed in the authentication app.
  2. Click Disable.

    3. You will receive a confirmation e-mail.

  3. You have disabled two-factor authentication.
