Dialog call:Tab Master data > Command group Parts > Management. Button [Extras] > Settings. In the Database source group box, select the Eplan Cloud option, and click the 
(Upload master data to the Eplan Cloud) button.
In this dialog you specify which local parts database (*.alk) is to be uploaded into a new or into an existing Eplan Cloud database.

Here you select the desired parts database in Eplan format (*.alk) by means of 
.
The following settings are available:
- New: If this option is selected, the selected parts database is uploaded into a new Eplan Cloud database. To this purpose, enter the name of the new Eplan Cloud database in the field below.
- Existing: If this option is selected, the selected parts database is uploaded into an existing Eplan Cloud database. In the Name field below, select the desired name of the Eplan Cloud database. The list of database names can be searched and filtered by means of the Find field.
An Eplan Cloud database newly created here or selected is used as the new database source. Accordingly, the database name is displayed as the selected database in the Eplan Cloud field of the Settings: Parts (user) dialog.
Popup menu:
The popup menu provides - depending on the field type (e.g. date, integer, multilingual) - the following menu items that are, depending on the situation, available for influencing the table or editing the values in the fields. You can find an overview of these popup menu items in the section Popup menu items.
