Share a project with an internal user

Permissions

1. Open the folder with the desired project.
2. Click the project.

The Details section opens.

3. Click the icon.

The Share project dialog opens.

4. Click the desired user in the drop-down list and select a permission.

To find the team or user faster, you can enter the name of the team or user or the e-mail address of the user in the search field.

If you do not find the user, this person is not a member of the organization.

You have the following options:

• The administrator of the organization must invite the user to the organization. Additional information is available here.
• You use the function to share with external users.
• Share a project with an external user
• Share a file with an external user

You can specify the period in which the external user should have access to the project or the file.

5. Click Apply.
6. The project has been shared with the user.
