Part request and part order: Basics
If you are missing a part in the EPLAN Data Portal, you can notify the manufacturer by means of the part request or order the part from EPLAN.
Depending on your role you have the possibility on the start page of the part request to request parts from a manufacturer or order it from EPLAN. In addition you have access to all part requests and part orders of your organization.

Notes
- For a successful submission of your part request or feedback we recommend that you completely fill out your Contact information in the EPLAN Cloud. To do so, open My settings in the Cloud menu and enter your personal data in the Profile area. EPLAN can provide no guarantee that your request will be fulfilled by the manufacturer and cannot provide a date for this to be accomplished.
- If a search by means of the "Find" dialog is unsuccessful, you will receive a message and can start a request immediately. In that case, the search criteria are directly adopted for the part request.
