This functionality is available to you in the EPLAN Platform and in the browser.

- Request from manufacturer
- On the start page of the part request, click Request from manufacturer. (Start page part request)
- Specify all information in the mandatory fields.
- Confirm the request to transfer your contact information.
- If necessary, specify additional information.
- Click Submit request.
Mandatory fields are identified with this character *.
The number of mandatory fields can change depending on the selection and specification.

For a successful submission of your part request or feedback we recommend that you completely fill out your Contact information in the EPLAN Cloud. To do so, open My settings in the Cloud menu and enter your personal data in the Profile area. EPLAN can provide no guarantee that your request will be fulfilled by the manufacturer and cannot provide a date for this to be accomplished.
