Eplan Rehost

Eplan Rehost is an add-on with which you can use supplementary services for licensing:

Notes

  • Always use the current version of Eplan Rehost. This is available to you in the Eplan Cloud in "Downloads". (Download tools)
  • A change of the versions of the Rehost program between the individual program steps is not possible.
  • Use exclusively the same program version of Eplan Rehost on all involved computers. You can, for example, use a USB stick to copy the program file REHOST.EXE to a computer without Internet connection and execute it there.

ClosedProgram properties
  • Eplan Rehost is supplied in the ELM\Eplan Rehost directory of the respective product variant.
  • The program does not have to be installed. Start Eplan Rehost with the Windows command "Run" or by double-clicking the program REHOST.EXE.
  • The user interface of the Eplan Rehost add-on is only available in English.

ClosedSettings
  1. Double-click the program icon on the desktop to start Eplan Rehost.

    2. The Eplan Rehost dialog is opened.

  2. Select the following menu items: Options > Settings

    3. The Settings: Internet connection dialog is opened.

    Here you have the following options:

    • Use existing Internet options : Use of the existing Internet options of the browser.
    • Proxy server : Make settings for a proxy server. In this case you enter the fitting values in the fields Address, Port, User name and Password.

A Permission Ticket is created to confirm the online return.

A Permission Ticket contains all the information about the license to be returned and the successful online return and is used to perform the return on the computer without Internet connection.

A Revocation Ticket is created to confirm the return.
