Change e-mail address

Prerequisite: Open My settings.

  1. My settings > General > Sign-in
  1. In the navigation bar, click General > Sign-in.
  2. Click the icon at Eplan account.
  3. Enter your password or use your other account (Microsoft, Google) and click Next.
  4. Enter your new e-mail address twice.
  5. Click Confirm.
  6. You have changed your e-mail address.

  2. Click the icon at Eplan account.
  3. Enter your password or use your other account (Microsoft, Google) and click Next.
  4. Enter the code that is displayed in the authentication app.

    5. You can also use the recovery code:

    1. Click Use recovery code.
    2. Enter the recovery code.
  5. Click Next.
  1. Enter your new e-mail address twice.
  2. Click Confirm.
  3. You have changed your e-mail address.
